Arrive by 8:30am with a 10:00am departure time
Market Square Gardens, Subiaco
$40 per Car
The exclusive event will see up to 150 cars travel in convoy from the picturesque gardens at Market Square in Subiaco to one of the most beautiful wineries in the Swan Valley, Oakover Estate, which is exclusively open for participants only. There is no need for table bookings as the venue is all ours!
At Market Square Gardens enjoy a chinwag with fellow car enthusiasts and spectators alike, where you can spend time admiring the cars and enjoying your favourite coffees before we depart at around 10.00am. Of course we encourage you to park up and also head into Subiaco and experience one of the many wonderful cafe’s for a hearty breakfast.
The journey will take us along stunning roads where you can enjoy seeing the convoy on the road and take in some lovely scenery before arriving at Oakover Estate to display.
Oakover Grounds will feature another car display on the lawns overlooking the lake where you can grab a table, sip a wine or a craft beer and grab a bite to eat.

Registrations for this event will only be accepted online prior to the event day.
Registrations will close Friday 14th November 12pm.
We cannot accept registrations on the day.
The event’s starting location at Subiaco Oval (look out for the signs) will be at 8.30am for coffee. Instructions and route maps will be issued for a departure time of 10am. Expected arrival time is 12pm at Oakover Estate for drinks and lunch.
You don’t need a rare car to participate. It’s FREE to come down to Market Square Gardens, have a coffee and enjoy the line-up. Then watch the parade depart at 10am. Or why not head out to Oakover Estate and enjoy the display on the grassed areas and enjoy a lunch or wine tasting.

How much is it?
$40 per car which includes secret route map and water for the drive. Door prizes will also be offered to entrants.
Are spectators welcome?
Absolutely. We encourage all to come along to Market Square Gardens to see the classic & rare car display and watch the convoy leave. Or why not come to both and head to Oakover Estate at around 12 to watch the cars arrive and park up for another display in the grounds. Spectators are free at both locations and are invited to participate in lunch at Oakover Estate. Be sure to book a table or order from the food trucks.
Where do we sit?
If you have booked a table at Oakover, you are sorted! For those wishing a more alfresco experience and are ordering food from the food trucks, there is ample grassed areas adjacent to the vehicle displays to bring a picnic blanket, chairs or tables.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, the venue is fully licensed, however, food and drinks can be purchased on the day at our many on-site food trucks.
How long are we at Market Square Gardens?
Arrive by 8.30am with a 10am departure time. Coffee vans will be on hand.
Where will we drive?
Well that will be revealed to registrants the day before, we like a bit of mystery! We can tell you it will be a relaxed drive and suitable for vehicles of all vintages. It will not be a race and can be driven at your leisure.
How long are we at Oakover Estate?
The aim is to arrive by 12.30pm with the event officially closing off at 3pm. You are of course more than welcome to spend more time in the stunning grounds of Oakover Estate. We of course encourage responsible driving at all times.
How many can we have in the car for the $40 entry fee?
As many as you like, the fee is per vehicle, and not per person.Â
How many cars are going?
Our inaugural 2023 event saw over 100 cars attending and we are expecting similar numbers with 160 coming in 2024. We will however, be limiting registrations to just 300 so get in quick. If you do want to be part of a lovely event and part of history please book extra early to avoid missing out.
What cars are eligible?
In our usual Classic Cars & Coffee style we welcome classic, vintage, exotic, rare, prestige marques, JDM and non modified pre 1987 Australian manufactured vehicles.
